"The hotel was ok just to use the bed for the weekend. The gym only has an elliptical and 1 weight machine. The elliptical was very old and where you place your feet was broken. The packing lot was a ice rink. When the front desk was told around noon they said ok and never got it salted and it just got worse. The arcade didnt havr anoigh tokens for everyone in therr so you had to wait for them. And thrle person working there was also taking care of the bar so never knew where she was."

"Stone Gate Inn is a lovely hotel, bed was comfortable lots of room in the Executive Suite. It is getting older and does need some patching, the wall paper in our room was peeling and the carpet needed some work. Otherwise all was good."

"Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"My sisters and i boiked this trip for my Dad as a birthday gift. He said he had a wonderful time. The room i booked was on the second floor, and i didn't check for an elevator. The staff were wonderful and switched my Dad to a ground floor room, as he would've struggled on the stairs. To me this is over and above, it was my mistake and they facilitated a safe stay. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of my wonderful Dad."

"Clean room, quiet A/C"

"Location was convenient, right in Orillia. I was attending a show at Casino Rama. The motel is older, but everything worked fine in the room. It was very hot (high 70s ?) in the room because there is no thermostat or way to control the amount of heat. There were additional heaters in the room, but I can't imagine you'd need them. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Mattress was very comfortable, bedding and towels were nice and white/fresh/clean. Room had TV, mini fridge, single serve coffee maker. It was inexpensive and worked out fine as I really only needed somewhere to sleep and shower. Met my needs for a couple nights stay."
