"The room was fine. Bathroom had a huge soaking tub and separate shower which were clean. We stayed two nights. Hotel said it had daily maid service. We came back from our first day of travels and our coffee cups had not been replaced nor had the coffee supplies. In an email to the hotel earlier that day, I asked for two additional pillows as there was only one pillow per person and they were quite flat. They did not bring extra pillows. I went to the foyer where there was a phone to call “staff. The woman who answered said there wasn’t any staff at the hotel, she tired to find more info but said they could bring coffee supplies tomorrow, but it wouldn’t arrive before we departed. The next day I had several emails with “management” and they said they only do daily housekeeping for “stayovers.” Two nights is a stay over. The email then discussed towels and emptying wastebaskets. I never mentioned any of that, just coffee supplies and pillows. I try not to disparage hotels if I am being picky about an issue, but I do feel refilling coffee amenities is part of what we pay for the hotel. But more so, I am writing because the management didn’t seem to care at all and didn’t seem to read my email as they addressed issues I never mentioned."
