"It was a large room and we felt safe. We enjoyed the free breakfast and free parking. Room was a little dirty and worn. Shower curtain liner was moldy and looked like the tub needed to be replaced, a large patch in it. Had to call maintenance to come get our furnace working, room was cold and heat wouldn’t work. But they came quickly and fixed the issue right away. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!"

"I booked a non-smoking room through Hotels.com, but when I arrived, the front desk told me only a smoking room was available. They refused to cancel my reservation, and I was also unable to cancel it through Hotels.com. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The property also seemed unclean, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke near the front desk."

"Wonderful place to stay, staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Parking lot was full, very busy hotel but still didn’t have to park to far away from hotel. Very safe location, could walk to just about any thing you wanted to eat, or they would shuttle you if needed. If we head that way for another vacation we will stay here again. "
