Hello Suejee. We have been rated 3.5 star and a proud member of the Canada Select ( Accommodation Rating Program Bed & Breakfast Inn Category) since 2011. The fan in the bathroom was designed to turned on with the light but it's not as loud as you described. The cups and spoons are for coffee so we cannot see the necessity of replace them. One packet of plastic utensils is for those who could need them for dinner and you are not required to use them if you don't need. Since we became the owner of this place from Oct 2017, we decorated all the rooms with very good quality new beds, mattresses, bedding, Samsung Smart TVs, refrigerators, coffee makers and kettles, we believe keep some old decor details is also a style and most of our guests like it.
