We were greeted as we drove up to the lodge and personally welcomed and assisted with not only parking but bringing belongings into the lodge. Harry was a most gracious and attentive host helping us settle into our room. All amenities in our room were explained to us and were all that needed in this out of the big city venue. The Cariboo Log Guest house is a unique experience. Having travelled internationally in 5 star hotels I can give this spot top marks. Cozy, comfortable, extremely clean from our room we look out at Lac La Hache. For this area I would highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was customized with a pre-arranged time. We enjoyed the variety and completeness of our breakfast. The dining room is quaint, filled with beautiful plants, knick knacks and a beautiful view. We wish the relatively new owners of this property much success!!

This is a Gem of a place, affordable, very clean, nice rooms, great service, accomadating, great food, thanks for a great stay. Williams Lake hotels are not that good, so just go a little farther out and stay at this lovely lodge!
