The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel.

wifi - very poor access.
and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com.

"We had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the service incredible. We were celebrating my birthday and they found out and decorated our room. The pool and spa were again spotless. Everything has been done to a high standard. The hotel, food/drinks and the facilities are a bit pricey for Czech but they are worth it.
