"I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."

"Gute und sehr individuell eingerichtete Pension/Hotel... Im Ortsteil Svaty Petr von Spindlermühle gelegen, ca. 2km und 150 Höhenmeter vom Ortskern entfernt. Sehr gutes Essen, nettes Personal. Wir waren in der Herbst Nachsaison für vier Tage eingebucht... Montag und Dienstag waren wir die einzigen Gäste... "

"Hotel der einfachen Kategorie, mit guten Frühstücksangebot. Frühstücksbereich auf Grund der Größe sehr laut. Unangemessen sind jedoch die geforderten Parkplatzgebühren die jetzt eingeführt wurden."

"Die Lage ist super, allerdings sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt. Sämtliche Türen quietschen, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel recht hellhörig. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). Man hört die ganze Zeit in regelmäßigen Abständen ein Brummen, was für einen gesunden Schlaf nicht gerade förderlich ist. Der Wellness...

"We had a wonderful five-night stay! The building is exceptionally well-designed and the proximity to all the major ski centers is a huge plus. Having access to a secure, closed parking space was a fantastic bonus. The spa facilities were both pristine and relaxing. Our only minor note for future guests is that the TVs do not have internet connectivity; however, we simply used our laptops to stream our favorite shows. Overall, a great experience!"
