"Top notch service! The customer service provided by Simona was perfect. We had a very early checkout which required a ride to the train station and she made the arrangements on our behalf. The room was clean and modern (both robes and slippers were provided). The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered everything from fresh fruits and pastries to pancakes and bacon and eggs. I only wished we could have stayed longer. "

"Fantastic location, great clean room, and Elise and Simone could not have been more helpful. La Spezia is a great place to jump off to Cinque Terre and they gave us a lot of tips that helped make our walking tour of cinque terre much more memorable! They even stored one of our bags for a week so that we could hike with our smaller bags. Perfect place to stay and they are so nice there!"
