Lovely stay! It was a last minute booking due to the train strike and we couldn’t get out of La Spezia to get to Vience. The property let us check in early and was very accommodating. Room was amazing too!!

We booked at the last minute when our train got cancelled. They were extremely accommodating at getting us directions and instructions for keys. Very convenient location near train station, dining and shopping.

The property was beautiful! Having that indoor courtyard was absolutely stunning! The front door is really cool. The elevator is a bit sketchy, very small, but pretty cool. Lots of stairs, but worth the walk up. The area around the rental is very walkable, close to La Spezia Centrale, a grocery store, cafés galore and little shops. There were also a couple motorcycle shops that were in close proximity, which turned out to be a happy accident. All in all, would stay there again.

We arrived after check-in time late night but they were able to quickly let us self check in the room after a very long day. We were able to get some rest. Don't make the same mistake and read descriptions carefully. Im so happy they were able to accommodate us even that late at night. It's also close to many shops and restaurants.

Beautiful room

Have had a trip down to Italy and back home again (Sweden) and this room was by far one of the more beautiful ones. Only negative I have to say was the parking situation (not Joss’s fault though) and that the elevator was very small. But bear in mind that me and my family hade a lot of stuff to bring with us due to a small infant baby - your experience will probably not be affected if you are adults and/or teens. Otherwise, good experience overall. Thank you for the stay Joss 😊

I was extremely hesitant to reserve an accommodation with so few reviews... but I am SO glad that I did! The location to everywhere (including a very short walk from the rail station) was perfect and safe. The room was exactly as described in the listing with big soft towels, super comfortable bed, etc. Really happy with this stay! Thank you, Joss!

Very basic. Close to the train station and supermarket nearby. The individual sent instructions via Whatsapp..easy to get into room. Small elevator. If you come at night , there is no light in the hallway to open the door. Ac did not work. Quick response. We were provided a standing fan. Supposedly an technician came the next day and said everything was ok but still thebac did not cool. Kept going on and off..very joy and stuffy for 2 nights. That was the main problem with the room.

Restauranggatan Ă€r ocksĂ„ precis nedanför med mĂ„nga bra stĂ€llen. Lyckades hitta parkering i nĂ€romrĂ„det för en rimlig slant. TyvĂ€rr Ă€r lĂ€genheten lyhörd, samt att det stundvis luktade avlopp pĂ„ toaletten. Hela lĂ€genheten Ă€r i betong, bĂ„de golv och vĂ€ggar vilket inte Ă€r sĂ„ hemtrevligt. Överlag okej lĂ€genhet för övernattning!
