Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. This included having to take and send photos of passports, and paying the local tax using an online platform. After doing that, we were then informed that the room was 500 metres away. "We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."
