"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is +, close to Old San Juan and City and Airport . Rooms were clean. Check-in process was smooth. Room was ready when we arrived. Parking was available, only parking card did nto work properly. Had to get them activated 2-3 times . Pool view was kind of okay, don't bother too much abt it. Pool ride was under renovation."

Air conditioning works. The complementary breakfast is terrible. Staff is not helpful. There is not too many amenities at or near the hotel. I recommend hotels at Condado instead. I do like the view however. There are better choices. There is a Fogo de Chao nearby. Other restaurants nearby are so so."

"The room when we walked in smelled like old mildew. We notified the front desk when we checked out and the housekeeper was extremely rude to myself and wife when we had asked for a few towels considering we did not want our room cleaned during our day of two days, she rolled her eyes and said things in Spanish that was very rude not realizing that I speak Spanish fluently and I don’t believe she realize that. That was completely uncalled for."
