The room was very basic, no frills, but worked great for a one night stop. The service was great though, very friendly and helpful.

English not spoken, but not much of a problem

Stayed due to LPB transit. The hotel staff can speak Spanish only, so we communicated by using the translator app. He seemed accustomed to such situations. The room was clean and comfort, except dust was accumulated in the bathroom crevices and it was washed out when I showered. Room locks are simple, but the hotel entrance is locked at night. If you are heading to the airport early in the morning, for example, just let the staff know and they will unlock the door.

las fotos de internet difieren mucho de la realidad la zona muy fea pero conveniente para escala larga y regresar al aeropuerto EL ALTO rapidamente el personal muy amable y atento en tdo momento a nuestras peticiones, pero nos hicieron un cobro equivocado a la hora de pagar la tarifa con tarjeta de credito, ya despues se aclaro y nos lo regresaron en efectivo el cuarto olia a humedad, la regadera electrica y no salia agua caliente, aparte solo salia un chorrito de agua no la pase bien porque me afecto mucho la altura de la ciudad
