"Staff was very helpful. They beach bag with towels was a nice touch, was able to use it for my tour. The room was clean overall just need a little maintenance."

"The rudest receptionist around and no manager in site for days. My husband speaks Spanish I do not. I’m working on learning the language. I asked my husband when we were waiting at the desk, why he was upset. He proceeded to tell me in English that he was upset because there was no parking in the front for guests and we had to park back in the employee parking the receptionist busted into our conversation, demanded that my husband treat her with respect because he can’t talk about the hotel that way. when he wasn’t even talking to her or being rude to her. Until this point. Then they proceeded to speak to me in Spanish and ignore my husband. Oh and by the way, guess who we saw getting into her white vehicle, parked in front of the hotel the rude receptionist. The room also had no wash rags when I requested two wash rags and an extra blanket after a day. We finally received the wash rags. The main pool by the side is very cloudy and was for the two days that we were there. A smaller pool in the back is a very nice pool, but they really need to clean it more than once a day it’s covered with floating leaves and debris. I usually let a lot of things go this I will not let go because of how rude inconsiderate the receptionist was."

"We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. "
