"Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated being allowed into our room an hour early. Unfortunately, the stay quickly deteriorated due to inconsistent and unsafe guidance from staff. One attendant showed us how to use the thermostat and safe, but instructions were unclear, requiring three calls for help. While common areas were cool, our room was extremely hot. Another staff member said rooms only had heat, not A/C, and advised us to sleep with the windows open. The windows had no screens or security, which felt unsafe. A serious issue arose when a leak developed in the bathroom ceiling, with water coming through the light fixture. This caused repeated power outages. When we called, a staff member told us to reset the circuit breaker ourselves each time power failed—an unsafe and inappropriate instruction. The electricity went out every 5–10 minutes as the leak worsened. A night manager later confirmed the fire risk and moved us. By then, we were exhausted and shaken after following unsafe directions. We had to pack and move multiple times, ending up in a smaller room with no compensation. This all occurred within 12 hours. "Everything was great except the noise from the club below was from 11pm to 5am for 3 nights in a row. We didn’t get much sleep. Don’t recommend this hotel if you need to sleep !"

"We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind , which we truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. While we appreciated the friendly service at the front desk, the lack of air conditioning and overall comfort would prevent us from staying here again."

"Excellent breakfast. Close to shops restaurants and the hop on hop off bus. There is a renovation project on the promenade outside the hotel on Ramblas but it’s still easy to get around "

"The location is nice, but for the price I would suggest try another hotel. The lobby and rooms appear to be recently updated, but it feels cheap and surface level. The rooms are big, but they have the glass cube showers no one seems to like. The staff and management are also not the nicest or most helpful. I tried to check in at 15:00, which is the time state to check in, but was told that check in only “starts” at 15:00 and I would have to wait for my room to be cleaned, prepared, and for a lamp to be fixed. This property is near the Spotify stadium so expect disruption on match days. "

"The location is excellent for visiting La Sagrada Familia Basilica and other main attractions in Barcelona. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you so much!"
