"We loved this hotel for our ski weekend, everything was well thought out. We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and indoor sauna after a day skiing. There are lots of lovely areas to sit with a drink including the bar area and for convenience straight downstairs to the lovely Savoyard restaurant. Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent. "Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "
