"Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location "

"The staff was nice but the hotel was not as advertised. The photos make the place look really nice but the inside was just okay. The bottom of the bathroom walls were falling apart, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, and the floors looked dirty in the bathroom. They did not have central air and only had this ductless air system that made a fairly loud buzzing sound. The bed was comfortable. The walls must be very thin because the next door neighbor called the front desk to complain about too much noise coming from our room when we were watching TV at a fairly low level. Last but not least there are a few rooms that are accessible from outside the building. I like to be inside the building at a hotel and was not aware I would be put in a room outside which I did not like for safety reasons. If you are just looking for a hotel with a good location this is a great option but the room itself left a lot to be desired. "

"Absolutely amazing location. Very clean hotel. Very nice staff. The cleaning staff actually found my passport after it had fell behind the trash can and placed it on the countertop for me. Highly highly recommended."

"The location is excellent. The staff was very nice and let me check in early, The room was clean. The main downside is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear the guests next to me using the bathroom. And I overheard other guests also complaining about the noise from adjacent rooms. If you want more privacy or are sensitive to noise, this is not the place. Most of the hotel was under construction, which I had been notified about before I arrived. "
