"Hotel de Su Merced is a beautiful hotel throughout! The courtyard and each floor's multiple terraces all have great views. The whole hotel feels like a garden house, and it's well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the hotel is very well located, convenient walking distances to many attractions, museums and restaurants. The front desk guy Edwin was super friendly and all the restaurants he recommended were delicious with charming ambiances. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sucre in the future. And highly recommend it to people who visit Sucre! "

Breakfast staff were always attentive amd very good breakfast selection. The location is amazing right next to the main square amd all the restaurant. One of the best hotels ive stayed at in South America and great value for money. Thank you "

"A mix up at check in saw delays and harassment over payment. Eventually sorted with apologies from the admin. Very poor hot shower - a dribble of water at best. Otherwise the stay was fine with warm room, excellent breakfasts offered. "
