"I don’t have the words to say how truly exceptional this place was. Service was unbelievable, Kevin, Yeraldin, Genesis, and Fabiola truly made us feel welcome and really elevated our experienceWe stayed here for our last day and night. It was so great that we canceled our plans and stayed there the entire day. The swim up bar is a hot tub. We had a massage, next to the river, easily the best massage I’ve ever had. "We had a great stay. The resort, while at full capacity according to the staff, felt exceptionally quiet and private. The pool and thermal pools were lovely and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a variety that suited adults and a nine-year-old. And the view! Waking up to a view of the lush landscape and volcano was breathtaking. The resort was a close drive to town and activities but set back from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend, Manoa!"

"What a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot springs (which stay open until about 3am), the views of the Arenal Volcano, the room amenities, the tasty (& varied breakfasts), the helpful staff, the views from our porch.... I could go on! Staf were helpful organising tours and we really liked how there was a coffee & tea station in reception as well as in the rooms. We also enjoyed our dinner at the on-site restaurant Surá. Highly recommended"

"I loved the set up of the hotel. It was quaint enough to feel small and intimate yet it was a really large property with two cold poles with two slides for the kids, which was super fun. The variety of hot spring pools was really fun to go and test out and move around. The rooms were really nice and updated. The staff was really kind. It was a great place and I’d love to go back."
