"Courteous/kind staff, small boutique hotel, clean room..in the El Centro location..nice restaurants/eateries/coffee shops to choose from in short walking distance..blocks from the beach. We always felt safe. Our room was on the same level as the pool (small) but very nice. It was our first trip to Mazatlan & overall it exceeded our expectations. "

"There hotel is absolutely lovely and feels like a vacation! The rooms are very spacious and the ceilings are ridiculously tall. The location is on the quietest end of the malecón and somehow doesn't get too noisy, for being on it. After staying in the Golden Zone and here, I much prefer being closer to the historic center for atmosphere, good food and people watching. The only downside is the very small pool - it's the size of a 2-3 bathtubs, 4 feet deep, so definitely not for swimming but just soaking overlooking the water. The food at the restaurant was just OK but decent, and there are other options nearby. The staff were great!"

"This was my second stay at this place. The first time was not a good experience but was not unable to cancel my second stay and since I had no choice I stayed here again. However, this time was great. Good and friendly front desk staff and the the room was spacious and everything was working. Some improvement in the cleaning needs to be done because we found a used toothbrush and a used soap in the shower floor. It's a good location and good place for the price. "
