"An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."
"We received a lovely welcome at the hotel and it's one of the best we've stayed in. Comfortable room, well appointed and the restaurant served great breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is also in a great location."

"The staff speaks English; they were kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was the best we had on a three week trip. Location is excellent although on a very busy street so the noise level is not peaceful. Closing the doors helps because the glass is soundproofed. The hotel is beautifully renovated although our room with balcony was tiny!

"We recently stayed here for a wedding in Zoagli. Overall, the place served its purpose — it was clean, quiet, and in a good location about a 15-minute walk down to the oceanfront restaurants, shops, and beach. Check-in was very smooth with clear instructions, and we appreciated having access to a washer and drying rack during our stay.
That said, there were a few challenges that made the stay less comfortable for us. The apartment does not have air conditioning (this is noted in the listing — I just didn’t pay close attention before booking). There are two fans provided, but with no traditional windows (only large glass doors that didn’t feel secure to leave open overnight), the nights were very warm and stuffy. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us, and only a sheet was provided instead of a comforter, which I realize makes sense for the climate, but it left us missing that extra coziness.
The biggest issue for us was the hot water. It lasted only about 10 seconds before turning ice cold, which made showering and getting ready for events really difficult. My boyfriend also struggled shaving in freezing water. This may not bother some guests, but it was definitely the hardest part of the stay for us.
All in all, this spot is fine if you’re mainly looking for a simple, clean place to sleep in a quiet location. Just be aware of the lack of AC, very limited hot water, and minimalist setup so you can plan accordingly."
