My villa was spacious and fabulous. Beautiful design and amenities, clean, and with my own private little pool. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Like i said, i didn't know what i was doing, and feel incredibly lucky to have hit a home run on my first try here in Goa. I plan on coming back and will definitely stay here again. La Citadel Colony Hotel Deals
"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...
"good"
"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"
