The property is beautiful, historic, and in the most amazing location perched on the edge of cliffs with stunning views all round. Breathtaking. Our room was really spacious and comfortable, with large separate bathroom. We overlooked the square which was quiet once the loud bells stopped for the night!! Very lovely place to stay, although we parked outside the old part in the recommended car park, and had to get a cab in which was a bit of a hassle. However, driving up to the hotel is not...

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff were so helpful. Great bar which shuts about 11pm and dinner in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonable. The room and bathroom were a good size with a walk in shower, also in the room, TV, A/C and fridge. There was mineral water but no tea and coffee making. But you can get good coffee at the bar at anytime. There is also parking for hotel guests just up the road from the hotel. Lovely stay.

Whilst the location of the hotel is approximately a 10 mins walk from the centre of the old town it is easily found and the hotel and staff were very good. Upon our arrival we were assisted with luggage and arrangements with a sherry tour details at Gonzales Byass; they telephones to check next timings for the English tour. My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle. There were signs to this hotel in Jerez which made it easy to find by car. The room was a reasonable size and had a comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Nice pool. Next to a shopping area . The breakfast was ok but you could also go to a cafe in the shopping area next door for a cheaper breakfast if you wanted to.The staff booked the bodega trip and a taxi for us. We had booked the dancing Horses show ahead of the trip.

Love this hotel! Been coming for many years and this time I brought my family with me, they also love it & want to return.
