When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you

Easy check in and out, super clean, all very nice

A beautiful small hotel with outstanding views. Although it is up a steep hill, the hotel, although basic, is everything you need for a few days stay. The restaurant next door is very good, and used by touists and locals alike. If you are hiking, the hotel has lots of info on trails and is near the start of most main routes.

Loved our stay here. Staff very friendly.

Very nice & helpful reception and staff! Beautiful and lush garden! Great location!

Whether you love the hotel itself depends on your attitude towards older establishments that used to be fairly 'grand', have gone down a bit in the world, but have character - and in this case are being brought back up to standard. Perfect hotel. Great position Great pool. Great room service

Fantastic and beautifully presented hotel in a prime location for visiting all of the historic aspects of Granada on foot from the front door. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would not think twice about using the hotel again or recommending it to friends and family.
