"Week stay at hotel. We booked an ocean view room and on arrival found we were on ground floor by the family pool not our preferred choice of being higher and a bit quieter. However at our request we were moved to a higher floor which was appreciated. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food and drink was of a high standard although expensive even for Bermuda prices. The beach was beautiful and the sea lovely and the beach staff very attentive. "The property grounds is outstanding, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The tv in the bedroom constantly lose signal but the one in the living room worked well. It is not the most modern hotel, but the surrounding view of the ocean and town, and its proximity to downtown makes up for that. Personally, I think Bermuda is the most naturally beautiful place. "
