Very clean room. Comfy bed. Well appointed gym. Excellent drinks and tea selection at Zoe’s bar in the hotel. Fantastic location and lots of history in this Grand old dame of a hotel.

The property location is great, rooms are spacious but needs better cleaning. Being a 4 star hotel, they should use quality products in terms of toiletries.

Residence & Conference Centre - Ottawa West
Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer.
