Great Hôtel

For a large airport hotel we have been delighted at our one night stop here at the very start of our holiday. It is relaxed welcoming and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay and a great start to our holiday.

Excellent hotel with fab pool.

Good location. Quiet given how close it is to the airport.

Pool and Hot Tub fantastic, Staff Fantastic and only down side was no complimentary coffee in the lobby and that’s a first for me in the US.

Great location to airport

The Sheraton Gateway in LAX is superb. Excellent location, complimentary airport transfer and helpful staff. Good bars and restaurant in the hotel. I had a buffet breakfast which could be improved, but if you order items off the menu they are prepared for you and better value for money. Having said that the best airport stop over I’ve had in the USA. The rooms are large and bright with a very comfortable bed. Definitely see you for my next stay in Los Angeles

Fantastic hotel

We only stayed one night for a flight layover but the hotel was huge and very close to the terminal. Very helpful shuttle service and great morning breakfast. Would recommend

Shuttle service available from LAX As soon as I walked into the hotel and lobby I was like wow..then I saw my room was like double wow..😂😀. Monrea on front desk was awesome, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you for your kindness 🙏 Check in was seamless, the lobby area was so nice, there is also a little happy hour in the restaurant where you get 1 free drink and some snacks..nice little touch for when you arrive. Between 5-7pm. Area has a few eateries nearby, not too many choices but...

Good, solid hotel.

Check in was quick and efficient. L I liked the lights which you can illuminate outside the door to say do not disturb or mKe up room. Breakfast was good and very friendly staff. Overall a very good airport hotel as they go.
