"今回の滞在もスタッフの 方々に暖かく細やかな応対、お客様に寄り添う気持ちが伝わってきて気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ザ・ラウンジ＆バーにて夕食を注文しました、少し料理を待たされることとなりましたが、その手違いを忘れさせるチーフやスタッフさんのフォローに流石、はいむるぶしさんと思いました。今回もクラブラウンジを利用させていただきましたが、ここでも満足に過ごさせていただきました。何度も行きたくなる素晴らしいホテルです。"
