この度は、Rinn Higashiyama Sanjoをご利用いただきまして有難うございました。 立地ですが近くにコンビニ、スーパーまた祇園までも歩いて10分ほどなので観光されるには良い拠点だったと思われます。 お部屋の広さについてですがお客様のお部屋はお一人様用のお部屋でございまして他のお部屋より少し小さくなっております。キャリーケースなどの収納スペースがなくご不便をおかけいたしまして申し訳ございません。バスルーム内のタオルを掛ける場所など改善させていただきます。 また、前泊者のゴミが残っていた件に関しまして、大変申し訳ございません。今後同じことが二度と起こらないように徹底して参りますので何卒宜しくお願い致します。 数多くの貴重な意見誠にありがとうございます。お客様の声をもとに施設改善に努める所存であります。重ねまして、滞在中のご不便、大変申し訳ございません。また、京都を訪れる機会がございましたらダブルベッドルームなどのお部屋タイプもお試しくださいませ。

As you said, our English may not be good enough but still try to make our guests' trip better! We would love to be a part of your trip. We are sure you could travel around Kyoto. Our hotel is located in great place that close to Subway and Bus. So it is easy to access many landmarks. Despite close to main area, our hotel is very quiet as located on side street. We confirm the problems on the stability of wifi and kitchen equipment. But we have some kitchen instruments for rental. Please tell us if you need them, we can rend them for free and just ask you to clean them after using. We would love to see you again and have you here. We hope you enjoyed Kyoto and thought enough worth coming. Thank you!
