Quartier calme, à deux pas d'un seven eleven. Appartement grand et suffisamment équipé. 10 min à pied d'une station métro. Isolation acoustique pas hyper performante : C'est une maison transformée en 3 appartements, on est donc pas vraiment dans un hôtel, mais dans un appart-hotel (pas de personnel sur place par exemple)

時期的なこともあり、直前での予約だったせいか、ジュニアスイートでしたが大変お得に泊まれました。 宿は、基本的には外国人向け？用のせいか、日本語だけでなく、英語表記が多かったです。 ホテルのジュニアスイートというよりは、広めのコンドミニアムといった宿です。 リビング、ダイニングは広々としており、寝室も二部屋あり、今回3人で泊まりましたが、実に開放的でした。 町屋をリノベーションした造りになっており、備え付けの家具類はやや低め、背の高い人は頭上注意です。 また、窓はありましたが、住宅が隣り合わせで密集しており、開放できる窓はトイレくらい。換気ができないので、欲を言えばその代わりに空気清浄機(加湿できるやつ)があった方がなお良いかと思いました。 部屋は広々していましたが、各部屋にエアコンが完備されていたので、夏、冬困らないと思います。 食事は部屋で調理して食べることが多かったんですが、備え付けのIHは

家で寛いでいるかのような京都stay

年末にイタリア人の友人家族と麩屋町に3泊させていただきました。 お部屋はとっても綺麗で、2フロアに別れていたのでお互いのステイスタイルも保たれ、本当に快適でした。ミニキッチンも付いていたので簡単な調理をして、家で寛いでいるかのように過ごせました。 本当にありがとうございます。 駅前からシャトルバスがついていたのも本当に有り難く、チェックアウト後に大きなbaggageを置いておけたのも本当に助かりました。 セキュリティもしっかりしていたので安心して過ごせました。 イタリア人の友人たちも本当に喜んで帰国いたしました。 ありがとうございます。 スタッフの広瀬さま(男性)にはとても親切にしていただき、素晴らしいおもてなしをいただきました。 心より感謝申し上げます。 ありがとうございました。

気持ち良く滞在できました。ただ、避難経路が入り口への一方行だけで、他に脱出できそうな窓も出口もなかった。入り口の外に喫煙所があり、そこから火事が起きたらちょっと怖いなぁ、と思いました。

We had an amazing time at the hotel, it was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location close to so many great restaurants and the Gion district. Lia was super helpful to us for our stay. 10/10 would definitely recommend it.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this house. Immaculate, excellent condition and with so many thoughtful touches. It made out stay in Kyoto that much better. I’d love to come back. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Our Resi Stay was well equipped and very comfortable for our family. Check-in was quick and easy and the free shuttle much appreciated after a long day of travel. The only thing that was worrisome at all was the rather steep stairs for children, but even they were never an issue

部屋に入った途端 下水道の臭いがし 原因はお風呂でした。たぶん下水管とかが真っ直ぐで臭いが上がってしまうのではと…,浴槽もオシャレなのに残念だと思います。外国人の方がよく利用される宿だと思うので 日本の宿は臭いと思われるのは悲しいです。洗面台に芳香剤が置いてありましたが効いてませんでした。笑 ずっと居る鼻が慣れてきますが外から戻ると ほんとに臭いです。

Recommended by a friend, we were taken by shuttle bus from the check in reception (walking distance to Kyoto station) to the accommodation. The duplex looked newly refurbished with very comfortable beds upstairs. Refreshments & water were provided. Many good eateries around and the popular kimono rental place was nearby too. Very peaceful & quiet surrounding. Would recommend it to friends.

家族みんなでゆったり過ごせる広くて綺麗なお部屋

3家族子ども連れだったので広いお部屋でみんなでワイワイ過ごすことができとても良かったです。また、大人数での移動だったのでシャトルバスで送っていただけたのには本当に助かりました。寝室も３つに分かれているので子どもたちも早めに寝かせる事も出来、その後ゆっくり過ごすこともできました。 トイレも二つあり便利でした（笑）

我地一行4人住地下B室，先到旅館office(在JR京都駅斜對面）登記及取大門與房門密碼。再坐的士到入住旅館(註：員工有詳細介紹交通工具，到旅館可坐地鐵或巴士，但坐的士只約1100日圓，4人就坐的士吧）。入到房間好有驚喜，裝修非常新淨，而且設施非常齊全，有齊廚房用具可以自己煮食，浴室很漂亮，智能座廁同浴缸非常新淨。客房空間充足，我哋四個人都唔會覺得逼夾。地點尚算方便，距離花見小路等觀光點都係步行距離範圍內。值得推介。

Worth the money

This property is an experience. Clean with all the amenities you need in a true Japanese environment. Secure location, quiet and in a residential neighborhood. Close to many attractions and restaurants. It’s a fabulous place to stay and enjoy a “Japanese living” experience. It’s worth the money.

Comfortable and good value

We booked the junior suite for a family of 6. The whole place is very comfortable and feels like home. Enough space for 6 of us except no cleaning and change of towel Everyday. The small kitchenette is well equipped and good for heating food when we didn’t want to eat out at certain nights after the whole day out walking and visitIng the sights in Kyoto. The living room is big and good for resting and watching TV. The bath room and a separate toilet in the hotel were ver helpful for us. They are big too and not the typical tiny prefab ones in most of the hotels in Japan. Walking distance to both Kyoto station and Pontocho and many other areas. Some people may find it far but hey this is Japan especially Kyoto and a bit of walking is good for everyone. The shocking things happened was on the 3rd day of our stay, the whole place was shaking badly because of the earthquake early in the morning. It was a bad experience for us and luckily no one was hurt. We were supposed to go down to Osaka that day but the train services were down. No train and bus services to Osaka and we ended up staying in Kyoto for another night at a different hotel. If we visit Kyoto again. We Would love to stay at Resi Stay again
