Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s quiet but also a very private space that doesn’t give a hotel feel. It’s clean, and has everything you need.

First, I don't think this should be classified as a "hotel." It is more of a vacation rental apartment. Next, I didn't understand the location of the apartment was not the same as the place to check-in, so I had to hike with my luggage 5-10 minutes to a location across from the train station. The staff is difficult to communicate with as they don't understand English very well and are busy cleaning rooms before 3pm, so you will have to call them. If you don't have international calling plan, they do have a What's App number you can call while connected to their internet, which they do respond to, luckily in my case. The other good thing about this place is that it's just around the corner from a nice grocery store and it has a washing machine; although doesn't appear to have a dryer, so you have to hang dry your clothes. Finally, it is convenient to Nijo station, which is convenient for travel to Arashiyama. My suggestion is that this place would be better suited for an extended stay situation rather than a quick visit to Kyoto.

Nice property in a residential area a few blocks away from JR Nijo Station. We were able to have our luggage forwarded to the main hotel from our last destination and the front staff were extremely helpful. They have a separate English-speaking staff member for English-speaking guests to communicate with. Room was spacious though wished there was more storage space. Nice to have in-suite laundry but dryer was not very effective so we dried our clothes at the coin laundry nearby. The staff went out of their way to help us forward our luggage to our next destination, which was very nice!

This place was really a quaint apartment. Has everything to cook for yourself plus a washing machine for clothes. Close to train and subway stations. Also a food co-op with the cheapest prices in Japan

The house is fantastic

We were quite skeptical as there was only one review found prior to our stay. Totally out of my expectation, the accommodation is superb! The location is just less than 5 minutes easy walk from JR Nijo Station, the big supermarket, drug stores and 24-hour convenience store are within 2 minutes of walking. The room is very new and clean, the bathtub, toilet and laundry area are all separated, clean and modern layout. The door lock system is easy and secured also. However, the accommodation has no front desk, the check in has to be done at another near-by hotel. The operator could have done better by simply post a notice in front of this house to inform people about this or write clearly in the fine print or email confirmation. Overall, the stay was excellent but got to be aware of the check in address!

駅から近く、周辺にも飲食店や観光スポットがありとても良かった。 基本的には清潔感も有りとても快適でした。 ただ、ベットのボートにホコリが溜まっていたのは、ちょっと残念でした。

１・２階とも一部屋のみで大変静か。まだ新築直後の感じで設備は最新式です。数分で行けるスーパーマーケットが２店、外食チェーン店が多数あります。調味料・電子レンジはありませんが、食器・鍋・フライパンはありますので自炊にも最適です。眺望はありませんが大変満足できる宿泊施設です。

短期にも長期にも最適

建物は古民家風でしたが、中は新しく全て綺麗でした。大型冷蔵庫、洗濯機があり、長い滞在もできそうでした。トイレお風呂の水回りもとても清潔で使いやすかったです。駅やレストラン、スーパーなど利便施設に近いのもとてもいいと思います。

便利なのにとても静か

娘と一緒の旅行でしたが、地下鉄、JRともにすぐそばで助かりました。スーパーもすぐ近くで食事する場所もたくさんありました。部屋は清潔で広く快適でした。昼も夜もとても静かでゆっくり過ごすことができました。

Find correct check in hotel - next to Nijo station

Check in hotel is right next to Nijo / Ni Jo (JR) station; need better instructions on where to find correct check in location. Physical location for this building is about 150 meters across the street (North) behind a super market (named - Kyoto Co-op super market). Great space, location, and washing machine for laundry / clothes; limited space to dry / hang laundry.

먼지가 눈에 띄기는 했지만 관리가 잘되어 있는 편이었고 침대가 매우 폭신하고 편안했습니다. 체크인 해야하는 본관과 거리가 떨어져있긴 하지만 체크인할 때 맡겨 놓은 짐을 직원이 숙소에 옮겨 주어서 매우 편하게 관광할 수 있었습니다. 세탁기, 주방 등 기본적인 생활에 필요한 것이 모두 구비되어 있어 가족단위로 지내기 좋습니다. 역에서 가깝고 한적한 주택가에 위치해 있어 조용히 보낼 수 있습니다.

前回、初めて泊まった時に良かったので今回も泊まらせてもらったんですが少しだけ残念な事が… あちこち埃があってせっかくキレイなお部屋なのに残念です。 洗面所の換気扇は掃除されてなくて埃が溜まってる状態で… 凄く気に入ってて友達にもオススメしたのにそれが残念です。 あと洗面所に出来ればハンドソープがあるとうれしいです。 前回、キッチンにすぐペーパータオルを置いて頂けたので今回も是非お願い出来ればと… 色んなところに泊まったからこそあれがあるといいなぁとか思えるので。

快適‼️

部屋がとても綺麗、静かで快適でした。チェックインもスムーズで駅から近く便利です。部屋には京都案内などガイドもあり参考になりました。大型の冷蔵庫や洗濯機、ゆったり入れる風呂があったので次回は是非長期滞在したいです。

Perfect stay in Kyoto

The location is very convienient. There are JR station and Subway station near by. It also has a drag store, restaurants, and a super market within the walking distance.The house looks nice and cute. Because of this Japanese style house I felt I was in Kyoto.The room is clean and comfortable. There are a refrigerator, a wash machine, a hair dryer, an electronic pot,some kichen goods like dishes and chopsticks.I will be back soon.

地下鉄JRの駅から至近でスーパードラッグストアレストランなど近くにあってとても便利でした。これだけ便利なのにとても静かで快適に過ごせました。部屋はとても広く清掃も行き届いていて快適でした。食器、調理器具、ケトル、洗濯機もあり設備も問題なしでした。次回は家族で来たいと思います。

整體來說可以，但我們入住時發現床頭有厚厚一層灰塵，很像久沒人住又沒打掃產生的，除此之外都算乾淨。房間隔音有待加強。

清潔で便利。良いホテルです！

家族で2泊しましたがよても良かったです。二条は京都駅から3駅7分程度で駅からも近いです。チェックインより早く着きましたが、駅前にある京蔵 二条のフロントで荷物を預かってくれましたので、そもまま嵐山に行きましたがこれも電車で1本です。部屋は清掃が行き届いていて清潔でした。ダブルベット2台で夫婦と子供一人でしたが快適に眠れました。ベットがふかふかで気持ち良かったです。洗濯機がありますので、出張・長期滞在にも向いていると思います。因みに私たちは2泊でしたが洗濯機使いました。洗剤もあります。建物は2階建てで1、2階各一部屋で入口は別です。特段音もしませんし、滞在中下の階の方とは顔を会わせませんでしたのでストレスはありません。近くに大鵬という中華料理店があり、タクシーの運転手さんが人気店でよくお客さんをお連れしますと言ってましたので、次回是非行ってみたいと思います。有り難うございました。

快適な滞在

何をするにも便利な場所。JR地下鉄駅からは2分ほど。スーパーマーケットやドラッグストアからは1分。駅そばの商業施設には映画館、書店、レストランが複数ある。部屋は清潔で必要なものはすべてあった。洗濯機、ドライヤー、湯沸かし器、WIFI、周辺ガイドなど。
