クレジット決済して予約したのに、年末ぎりぎりのチェックインまで一切連絡無し、電話しても初めはコールしたのに、その後は留守電になる最低の対応、予約したお客を何だと思ってるのですかね。民泊は信用も保証も無い 予約サイトに載せないで欲しい
