"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The facility was modern, with clean and excellent craftsmanship in lobby and all rooms! All the spaces were immaculate and beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was of excellent taste and variety. The Cassava restaurant had traditional Kerala cuisine which was delicious. Most importantly all the staff were friendly, courteous and professional; always ready to help! Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally gracious and professional; especially the breakfast buffet staff. The breakfast buffet food was top notch and very tasty! "We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."
