All Staff Members so nice , friendly and so very helpful. Property well maintained, great to see renovations in progress ( not an inconvenience either) We love it and will return at some stage. Special thanks to the breakfast staff 🙏🙏

Had a really great stay at The ONE Legian. I genuinely enjoyed my time here the room was comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, and the location was super convenient for getting around Legian. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I also loved having so many restaurants, shops and things to do within walking distance. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Great hotel if you want to stay somewhere comfortable and convenient in the middle of Legian.

Accommodation is good for a short stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, at times, there was a smell coming from the drains, but it went away after running the water. Great location as it was right in the main strip of Legian. Gym is small and can get quite hot and crowded in there when the aircon is off and more than 4 people are in there at one time. But staff were great and we appreciated the room upgrade. Overall, we did enjoyed our time here.

Hotel is large, clean with lovely pool areas. Convenient breakfast option is great and although a little more expensive, the restaurant and bar is a great place to finish your day at. Rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning is very good. Recommend this for first time travelers as their location is Right in the middle of everything you’re looking for

Nice hotel in a central location. Has 2 Atm's and a Safe/Secure Money Changer employee in the lobby. All employees here are nice BUT I go to this Hotel because of Mr. Restu (Reception Manager) who is the 4 H's.......Honest, Humble, Helpful and Hard Working.
