This is a proper hotel, with a clean shower and toilet that doesnt smell, and clean bed sheets, towels, and complimentary slippers. The staff are lovely! Cons the air conditioning needs cleaning, I had to sleep with a mask on And if you are mobility disabled, if you dont find anyone to assist, you have to lug your suitcase up the ramp into the buliding then the lifts by yourself. I booked this hotel the night before i flew back to London as the hotel The Nyaman that I had stayed at was a disaster and too loud, and i needed a good nights sleep, and thats what i got from this hotel!!

They had incredible hotel staff and great security there, everyone were so helpful and genuine.great atmosphere.Stayed for 3 weeks but wish I could of stayed longer . Fully recommend this place

Hotel is large, clean with lovely pool areas. Convenient breakfast option is great and although a little more expensive, the restaurant and bar is a great place to finish your day at. Rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning is very good. Recommend this for first time travelers as their location is Right in the middle of everything you’re looking for

Hotel exterior looks like 4 stars but the room feels like 2-3 stars. Bathroom amenities are poor. Very basic. towels are grey, AC was warm and noisy. I didnt sleep well for the 2 nights stay there due to the AC sound. Luckily it was only 2 nights. I willl not stay in this hotel again.

A great option at an awesome price. Lively and fun with good facilities. Only thing is it is a very loud property with lots of street noise and the multiple live music onsite can all bleed together in the room.

Hotel is good location, doesn’t really look like the photos they advertise. Staff friendly enough. If your young and want to party it’s great, if you’re after something that’s quiet, look elsewhere.

Our hand basin was blocked coed the entire time. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Room was clean a staff friendly. Breakfast had lots of options. More for young people that are travelling around.

Great amenities and location was very good, but almost everyday for the week we were there house keeping would forget to give us towels or top up the toilet paper so we had to call to request these things. Blinds in the bathroom don't close so if you're with friends keep that in mind. The pools were a highlight and hotel is kept clean.

The front office staff is not friendly. During my checkout, I asked to provide some water. They said go and buy in a store. I was upset with the staff. I recommend the hotel to appoint some mature staff in the front office.

Great Stay

Had a good stay here. Pool was nice and they had happy hour deals (food wasnt available but on menu so maybe sometimes) and fun music, we could hear from room barely but it ends at 9pm. Location is very convenient to beach bars restaurants and shopping. We had to wait until 2pm to check in and apparently so did everyone which made check in take longer and more chaotic than simply letting everyone check in upon arrival if room was ready.

Hotel staff could not understand English and i ordered fried duck at the deck restaurant and it came out as if it had been in fryer for 3 hours complained to waiter and he just looked and smiled

Very basic hotel very run down. Breakfast very basic. Wifi terrible. When we went to checkout they checked the room and said I caused damage by a small amount of makeup on my pillow case and doona. Tried to charge me $45 for cleaning fee !! Definitely better places in Bali to stay. Wouldn’t recommend

The service was terrible. Very limited English speaking staff. Breakfast selection was minimal as the food was rarely topped up. Room quality was not good due to no sound proofing. We ended up moving hotels and paying to stay somewhere else due to how unimpressed we were with the service. We would not recommend this hotel. Lots of potential and great location, but this hotel is not ready yet to provide quality service!

Disgusting

It started with a 1 hour wait for the driver (transfer). Too busy saying there is no refund if I take a take, than finding out where the driver was. ( this price is more than other hotels and taxis). Bathroom had leaking pipes and this was pointed out on day 1 and still faulty on the last day. House keeping, none existent. Refused a refund if I checked out early. Management were offensive. Refuse to recommend this hotel
