It was a beautifully maintained big property with great amenities. The location is the USP. I loved the coffee plantations and the golf course along with the games facilities. Value for money and effort.

Heritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm.

What an experience!!! The stay was amazing. All members of the family liked it equally. Serene, pristine and caring. In the lap of nature, we were immersed. The journey through coffee plantation and walk on the natural trail was an experience of a lifetime. All PLUS... Hats off AMA, hats off TATA...

our two days at the resort was a great experience with tons of activities for kids. the science experiments were great

The property is lovely and quiet and safe. The staff was very homely. We had a 2 years baby with us, and they served us hot milk and water till late night.. loved the aura of the place.. highly recommended it. Also, every touristy place is max 30 mins away.

Good property

It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. And again on the cross check done on the day of check in of the time of arrival. Since we travelled...

The resort is very good. Rooms are big and clean. The food was great as well (has limited non-veg options). All the amenities are in good condition. Swimming pool is big and it cleanliness could be improved. One issue was the distance between room and the restaurant - it is quite a distance apart. So if you have a senior citizen with you it is going to be a challenge. They do have vehicles for the same but they are in pathetic condition. Also getting them to come when you want it is challenging....
