Great lo location, staff and breakfast. Very relaxing environment, right next to the sea. Beach in front and other excellent beaches nearby, high quality of food in the area.

If I could give staff more than five stars I would.hotel in ideal location with plenty restaurants, beach one minute walk, bars shops galore dolmus(bus)two minutes walk to central and station.incredible stay thank you all xxx

I love this hotel!

I love this hotel. Ideally located one street away from ladies beach. The hotel itself is really good value for money and the staff are amazing. So helpful and kind, willing to answer all your questions in a friendly way. It has a real family vibe about it and I was made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely, it had a balcony and good air conditioner at no extra cost. The bathroom was small but manageable. The hotel is undertaking some renovations when it closes end of season and bathrooms are on the list of things to do. The breakfast was perfect and when I asked for simit Ramazan went and got it. Yusuf was also great at his job. The housekeeper Nurana also does a great job and the reception guy is a delight. I would definitely recommend and return to stay again.

Lovely small family run hotel. Location is excellent with the beach right over the street. Close to all the restaurants and bars on Ladies beach. Hotel is really clean. Will definitely stay agam.

I cant describe how this people are so nice so polite very humble people. The hotel is very clean. Overall entering in Turkey as a country the cleanlines is on highest. The hotel location is right on the beach. There is a lot of resturants clubs and bars around which everything is walking distance. The food is amazing. You guys are doing amazing job.

It was awful, the room, staff..... and nothing was pleasant about this hotel. They charged me too much more than expected. The real room worted even less than $30 per night, but they charge me more than $90 per night. I rent it for 3 nights, but i couldn't stay last night. I change my hotel.

Great value for money stay at Kusadasi

We (group of 3) stayed at Erciyes Otel Kusadasi for a long weekend (09-12 Jun), the location is excellent, right on the Ladies Beach and many bars & restaurants all around you by the sea front. regular buses (dolmuses) take you to centre of Kusadasi which is only 10-15 minutes ride and very cheap fare. This is a very basic B& B guest house type hotel but the location is fantastic, all the staff are very helpful and obliging. My only advice to the owner/s is to: Paint the rooms before the start of the season, a couple of rooms that we stayed in could and should have been given a coat of fresh paint to make the rooms look fresh and clean for the new season, excellent value for money for anyone wishing to stay in a very central place, we enjoyed our stay here for the weekend.

Not at the expected level

The Room seems to be just renovated but not finished. Electric cable for the hot water passes by the door of the bathroom which was difficult to close. The towel was not present in the room and it was hard to be understood by the waiter. Hotel was close to the beach.

Manzara harikaydı, konum olarak mükemmel. Ancak park yeri yoktu. Duşa kabin içinde tuvalet vardı. Tuvalet/Banyo elden geçirilse harika bir otel olabilir. Ancak bu haliyle fiyat performans olarak iyiydi.

Gecen seneden bildiğim kucuk temiz bir hotel oldugu için tercih ettim. Yine ayni temizlik devam ediyor sadece havlulari kotu o yüzden yanınıza havlu almayi unutmayin. Konumu plaja ulasim ve yeme icme yerleri acısından cok merkezi.

Personal war sehr freundlich,Zimmer war sehr sauber,die Lage ist gut,mann kann zu Fuss zum Stadtzentrum ,in der nähe befindet sich auch ein Taxistand.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befindet sich in der Nähe (Supermarket).Zum Meer 100 meter. Der Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Lokasyonu ve güler yüzlü karşılama dışında otel ile ilgili söyleyebileceğimiz olumlu bir özellik yok. 8.8 puan alması sebebiyle seçim yapmıştık fakat bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Balkondaki üç sandalyeden biri kırık, hepsi de eski ve paslıydı. Oteldeki eşyalar tarihin eski sayfalarında kalmış gibi bakımsız, kirli idi. Yatak örtüsü lekeli, buzdolabı hijyenik değildi. Banyo ise üzerine yorum yapmaya değmeyecek kadar kötü ve kokuyordu. 8.8 puanı veren insanların neye bu puanı verdiklerini gerçekten merak ediyoruz, bizi yanılttılar. Tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Otel çok eski bir otel banyo kapıları kapanmıyo tv çalışmıyor ancak denize çok yakın ve her yerde market yada yemek yeme yerleri mevcut. Ve en önemlisi Gonca hanım ve kızkardeşi Gaye hanım dünya tatlısı çözüm odaklı insanlar. Samimi bir ortam sunuyolar ister tek gidin ister çift yada aile kesinlikle güleryüzle karşılanırsınız. Denizle arasında 1 sokak var ve de denizii sığ çocuklu aileler için çok güzel tavsiye ederim
