What a fabulous hotel…
What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available outside the front of the hotel and can get you into Kusadasi in 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

Great family hotel
Hotel was good for family stay. Food was ok, but there is always room for improvement. Some employees was very friendly.

Family friendly
Family friendly resort. A lot of good food. Perfect sea view and many swimming pools. Live music and activities until midnight close to local market and port. We had a good time. But, Front desk not as Professional As I was expecting for 5 star hotel.

Nice Beach, horrible food
I chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality. The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge. Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group. Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.

Good location but poor facilities
I never will back there. though this hotel is in a good location and big area, but staff are terrible and not friendly (even in some case they were rude). I have many problem to communication with them even reception was not able to speak English. there were no entertaining programs. All restaurant where closed. Finally, I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quality hotel on beach with good sea swimming
We were impressed with this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as per website. Meals are buffet style and there is wide choice in the all inclusive package. The staff were all very helpful and the waiters in particular were friendly and offered every assistance. The location is attractive being on one end of a long sandy beach. Views stretch out over the attractive bay over the Aegean to Samos. And, with a dolmus stop right outside, so getting to nearby towns was cheap. Beach is narrow but the sea is very clean and clear. The beach shelves gradually so it is super for swimming, even for small children. Minor gripe for us would be the fact that smoking is allowed in open air restaurants - not inside. That is a british thing though. Many guests were Turkish or east europeans who smoke.

Excellent hotel!
Tusan is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The front desk managers are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel was completely full and a little hectic when we were there but that's something out of the hotel's control, and they were managing everything nicely. Overall, great facilities with fantastic entertainment, we recommend 100%!

All inclusive resort hotel with private beach
We were really pleased with this hotel. It has a resort feel, away from the main town, is all-inclusive and has several wonderful swimming pools. The service was very good, more than we expected, good entertainment in the evening and lots to do for children with their own adventure water play area set separately away from the main pools. It is a large hotel, but never felt overcrowded, even though we went high season. Beautiful massive covered veranda overlooking the sea, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The rooms are modern and comfortable, flat screen tv, zircon and shower room, and all rooms seem to have sea views. The staff were all really helpful. There are a number of shops on site, and a hairdresser. The communal areas are large and modern, and it takes a few days to discover all the areas of the hotel, so there is a lot to offer. We were glad to note the many different nationalities holidaying at the hotel. There is a marvellous hammam/spa on site. Overall, a lovely hotel with a real resort feel, and plenty of variety for all tastes.

Tusan worst experience in Turkey
I have never rated a hotel but this hotel was so bad I don't want others to have the same experience. unless they offer the stay for the price you can't say no to don't book the hotel. such a beautiful location and hotel but customer service at every level I interacted was bad and rude in most cases.

I want to ask you and hope you reply What is the meaning of room all inclusive In room only first day of arrival they give you free bottle of water and tea with coffee after no more Tea in the lobby by time only from 4 to 5 pm No tea or coffee after dinner So what all inclusive means I want your reply or my money back My stay was excellent and comfort

nice hotel, close to beach. all in buffet was good
we stayed only one night since the hotel is close to ephesus ruins. it's a nice facility, close to the beach, family friendly. food and drinks were good, you coul get 24/7 food and drinks.

Almost Happy
There were a couple of things I was not satisfied with. First, I was very disappointed with the pool hours. 8pm closing time is too early for people there on vacation and the beach was also closed. The shower in our room was cover with half glass shield and allowed water to spill excessively on the bathroom floor. The floor towel was soaked immediately when the shower was turned on. Hotel staff does not provide any transportation information regarding shuttles, buses or any other type. Yes, taxis were available but there should have offered other alternatives.

Dream vacation spot for middle class
The staff is not very respectful. The food quality is not very good (this is an all-inclusive resort). It is hard to get good quality drinks because everyone rushes to the bar about the same time for the free drinks. That said it seemed like all the middle class families from around the world (mostly Western Europe) seemed very content just with the beautiful beach, swimming pool, and the scenery.. I am not in the same demographics with those other guests and regretted staying here.

How I found Paradise
Greetings, this is Theresa, when I booked this vacation I had no idea what a beautiful country Turkey is. I took a taxi to the Tusan Beach Hotel, when I saw the beaches an crystal blue waters I feel in love. Upon arriving at the Tusan Beach Hotel I was greeted with the most friendly people who made me feel more like a friend returning home then a guest. I was given a green wrist band to wear, which I still have on today. When I was taken to my room on the 5th floor it was large an clean and had everything I needed. I stepped out on the .the balcony my breath was taken away. I said I have truly found PARADISE as the view is to die for. The hotel food is excellent there are so many restaurants to chose from, small wonderful shops, pools, night life an the spa, well I spent every ay there. I highly recommend the Tusan Beach Resort to you and if you take your family there you will be happy as they also are very children friendly, there is a place for your little ones to be watched after, to swim, play and should you wish the parents want to have some time to your self, they a save place your children can be looked after. So, my friends, go to the place I call my Paradise The Tusan Beach Resort, in Kusadasi, Turkey. Regards, Theresa

Preis leistung ist top, am meisten hat mir das essen gefallen, sehr abwechslungsreich und schmeckt auch super. Internetverbindung gibt es auch aber verbindung ist miserabel. Hotel ist 5 Sterne, aber es gibt viel bessere hotels kosten aber auch dementsprechend. Für Hamam, zimmersafe, etc. muss man extra bezahlen.

Deluxe Zimmer eine reinste Katastrophe…. Abgenutzte Möbel und eine defekte Dusche. Haben uns 4 Tage lang beschwert, aber es hat niemanden interessiert. Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und nicht kompetent!!!! Bedienung und Service im ganzen Hotel lustlos und langsam. Tische wurden erst mach einer Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Putzfrauen auch überhaupt nicht gründlich, weder auf dem Zimmer noch in der Hotelanlage. Tagsüber Animation sehr langweilig. Abendshows waren wirklich gut. Essen wenig Auswahl aber guter Geschmack. Getränke waren in Ordnung. Insgesamt würde ich für das Geld nicht nochmal hin.

Jedoch mus ich einiges richtig stellen: Von Ihrem Zimmer 6605 haben wir für Ihren Reisezeitraum vom 16.9.- 25.9.2021 keinerlei Beschwerde Meldungen im System. Auch eine Nachfrage sowohl an der Rezeption als auch bei den Hauswirtschaftern ergab, dass keine Beschwerden bzgl. Ihres Zimmers eingegangen seien. Erstaunlicherweise wird unser Service personal auf verschiedensten Bewertungsportalen hochgelobt, weshalb wir Ihre Rückmeldung diesbezüglich nicht ganz nachvollziehen können. Abgesehen davon, ist unser Resort ein "Self-Service" Hotel, jedoch Bewirtet unser Service personal auch gerne am Tisch, sofern der moment dies zulässt. Auch was die Animation bzw. deren Team betrifft, haben wir zu 98% durchweg positive Rückmeldung. Gerne geben wir jedoch Ihr feedback an die entsprechenden Abteilungen zur weiteren Prüfung weiter.
