They even surprised our younger son on his birthday, which made our stay extra special. The pools were fantastic, the atmosphere was very family-friendly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. "It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...
