Check-in and check-out are straightforward. Bonus - ReFa brand hairdryer provided in room was awesome with powerful yet quiet airflow. I drink about 4-5 cups daily…and when I went to front desk to purchase more receptionist would not accommodate. She said; they could not sell and visitors were allowed 2 daily. These are special illy kcups and weren’t available to purchase in any grocery or convenient stores. "
