The hotel is very close to the train station, very convenient, yet it's a quiet place to stay. Staff are very professional, and communicate well in English. Will come again when visiting Yangawa next time!!!

Great stay, great food!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby downstairs was very spacious. Parking was free. Good walking distance to restaurants and stores. Across from a local train station. Breakfast buffet had a good set of options and was very enjoyable for everyone in the group.

Right by the station, very convenient location. Very small rooms, but expected from photos. Nice that it has an onsen, although i didn't get s chance to use it unfortunately. Maybe will come by again to try it out.

I enjoyed the big bath after hiking. it was clean and good temperature. it was a small room but the size of bed was big enough for one or two. there were good-size table and sofa so I don’t need to sit on the bed.

Bugs on bedsheet

One of our bed has several bugs, some crawling, some jumping (probably fleas) which is really scary…. We immediately called the front desk and they did help us swap the room but we already opened the luggage and settled down a little and that was already 10pm, they didn’t allow us to check out a bit later to compensate the time consumed because of this. And although we changed to another room, didn’t feel super comfy that night staying with the hotel, definitely will NOT come back again

大浴場が有るのは嬉しいです、女風呂の入り口は暗証番号が必要な点も安心できてありがたいポイントです。 駐車場は早めにチェックインすればエントランスの目の前に無料で停められるので助かります。

酒店房間比一般酒店大，乾淨整齊而酒店樓下亦設有大浴場舒適乾淨。自駕泊車十分方便。 不過柳川屬於較為寧靜地方，商店都好早就關門而酒店附近亦都冇便利店要行去較遠嘅地方。 所以提議喺附近買完所需嘅用品先好回酒店。

客房有些設施有少少損壞，不過還算乾淨舒適，房間比預想中寬敞，職員很友善，可惜不是所有員工都識英文，每個時段只有1個識英文的員工，不過柳川不是大城市，這點已經算不錯，起碼有人識英文，溝通還是可以的。浴池不錯乾淨舒適。交通方便，過條馬路就係火車站
