Amazing, attentive host. Fabulous location and the room was beautiful.

The staff on reception were excellent and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. With us not speaking Chinese fluently, they arranged any thing we asked with a smile and professionalism. Can’t praise them high enough. They made our stay so much better.

nice hotel and value for money

Kunming is off the travelers path of choice places to go. Being inland. It is one of the cleanest cities for air quality and the climate is okay, I was told that it has never snowed here. Hotel staff are accommodating and if you only ask for them to help you they will write a translation note for you to get to your destination and back to the hotel. It is a safe hotel too, which I like, you can not worry about your belongings when you are out and about.

Although they have limited knowledge of English, the staff are courteous and tries their best to help.
