"Upgraded on arrival to a room with a view on a high floor. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed very comfortable. Breakfast selction was fantastic. Made to feel welcome by all staff. Only stayed one night but wish it could be for longer. I will be returning! "

"Really disappointed with our stay due to a couple of reasons. First of all, both bathroom lights (mirror light) were faulty, which made it extremely difficult to get ready as there wasn't any additional mirror available in the room that could have been used. We checked in almost midnight, hence couldn't be bothered to go downstairs again to swap rooms. Neither was there any telephone available in the room so that I could have connected to the reception to convey my concern. Last but not least, we weren't given any Wi-Fi password from the reception, which means we had to use our mobile internet and are not sure how much we are going to get charged for the service."
