"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great experience staging in a traditional ryokan. The staff was helpful and very attentive to our needs, and they included tea and Japanese sweets upon arrival. The only downside to staging here is that it is a 15 min walk from the main town, but we didn’t mind it, and they provide a shuttle throughout the day for your convenience. Overall had a great...

"great onsen hotel"

"Rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well maintained. Staff was awesome, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in Japan. Location is fairly remote, but extremely peaceful, and there are free shuttle busses into Toyooka. Onsen was pretty good and clean. If you are looking for a relaxed time away from the typical tourist bustle, I can highly recommend this hotel. Most guests were elderly and extremely friendly, and it was completely silent at night."

"The staff was very accommodating. There aren't any restaurants around, so including meals with your reservation is highly recommended. "

"Wonderful hotel. Each room had the perfect amount of amenities and space. Really appreciated the free drink on arrival, and the breakfast was excellent."

"Hotel is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had fantastic dinner and breakfast."

"Had a really lovely stay here. Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable futon bed, traditional tatami room. The meals were incredible, very authentic delicious seafood and shabu shabu."

"Loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and even helped put on our special yukatas they provided for pictures. The private onsens were spectacular and the beds were super comfy."

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."

"Spacious room, even though I don’t speak Japanese that well the staff were very helpful!"

"Amazing room, with beautiful views with easy bus rides to kinosaki . Its a must 💕"

"Fantastic hotel. Prime location, beautiful outlook onto the river and mountain behind. Beautiful interiors and rooms. Fantastic restaurant - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and an evening drink up there. Kinosaki onsen itself is lovely we visited 3 onsen with the pass that they provided us. Highly recommend a 2 night stay. Easy train tourney from Osaka."

"Excellent rooms, staff and food. Will come back soon"

"ただのラブホです 直接取ったほうが安いですよ。倍取られます。"

"This was our last night away and we had a great night, the room had a hot tub on the balcony facing the beach it was lovely. We also had a tatami room and king size bed which was very comfortable. Fantastic spot."

"Staff was helpful, hotel provided a map to guide us in walking around the in local areas of interest. Room was great, space was good, the onsen in the room (seaview) can perfectly fit 2 person. The room TV is a Smart tv that you can use your personal account to watch shows. Do plan for your food options as most places class early about 5pn"

"Excellent location and amenities. The onsen is like a playground to explore with lots of variety. View from the room is Amano Hashidate itself. Can’t go wrong with the footspa - also with a view - and there’s even a lounge with coffee machine at the souvenir shop."

"Good hotel, you have access to the facilities at the bigger one(i.e. onsen)."
