"Did not do the breakfast. Too expensive. Location was excellent. Train station literally below the hotel with lots of shops and food choices. The reason I didnt give an excellent rating was the super hard bed."

"afew issues- - the breakfast was not as good as other apa hotels, or other large hotel chains here in japan (lots of really good 'sushi fish' but the rest was ~ - a major problem with the tv sound, 'throttled to barely a whisper - one very helpful staff did her best and improved volume slightly but i concluded that even she could not properly advise management. - my last stay in an apa hotel was 9/10, this one was barely 7/10. "

"Checking in was super easy as it was done online, which meant we didn’t have to worry since our flight was delayed. Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The trains could be heard but it really didn’t bother me. "
