It was nice. Did have to request for our pool to be cleaned and the deccing wasn’t cleaned during our stay therefore made it a bit uncomfortable to use our private pool. Out shower was also full of leaves. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days although we left the sign on the door requesting for it ...

High standards of customer service, cleanliness, food is very varied and of high quality in all restaurants. Dine around was a great to use the half board in 11 restaurants. Good entertainment available, with live bands and DJ's Lagoon sharks and rays could be seen daily from the bridge.
