Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. ...

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to KL. An added bonus is that the hotel is located with 5mins walk to popular shopping malls and restaurants.
