Nice private & new property

Overall, it was a pleasant & enjoyable stay. The owner was thoughtful enough to prepare towels, ample drinking water & toiletries. Nice view from the 34th Floor (it's 33A on the property due to fengshui). Unfortunately, KL was very hazy (not the owner's fault) during our stay so it was a pity. Owner gave very detailed instructions so our check-in was smooth & hassle-free even though owner was not physically present. However, for the upper floor sleeping area, have to be careful when wake up in the middle of the night & want to head down as some parts do not have railing & can be a falling hazard. Also, if you are driving, the lanes to the parking & the direction to the lift lobby from the parking are can designed based on American/French standards. So this can be confusing for local drivers.

Nice stay

Stayed for 2 nights, facilities of the hotel was good, it is a walking distance to KLCC and has a bridge that is connected to pavillion mall. Basically hotel is located to the big branded shops. But overall the hotel provides a good service and hotel room is moderately spacious and well maintained, staffs are friendly and approachable. Will come back to stay here again !
