Great location with nice settings.

Great location for Sunway Lagoon water park activities and you can access the theme park from the hotel and access to the Sunway Pyramid Mall within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient for food and other stuff.

We stayed in a waterventure suite with two queen beds side by side. Lots of space for us to move around. Check-in was fast. Breakfast was ok (but not great). There is direct access to the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park from first floor of the hotel, which is a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel for family. Suitable for families with children. Breakfast spread was awesome. Lotsa variety. Kids corner for children to eat. Hotel room was SUPER clean. Towels were changed daily without being requested. Service staff were friendly and warm! There’s a play room for kids. Clean and well maintained. There’s slides at the pool for the kids.

Nice hotel with spacious highly facilitated rooms plus great swimming pools but because the hotel is so popular the personnel have become unfriendly and sometimes even arrogant. Especially during check in lack of social interactions and during check out lack of interest in our experiences.
