I stayed in this hotel for 2wks and the only problem was the wifi but the rest was fine, like really just beside the mall, food shopping clinic and restaurants and even grocers , overall.. i will consider this place but pls gix the wifi
The room was old and hasn't been updated. Hallway reaked and carpets were dirty. Toilet got plugged up so easily and the sink doesn't drain well. Overall, the hotel is very old and needs an upgrade.
No Aircon thermostat. Even at low fan speed the room was freezing, hence low environmental rating. Room is older and needs upgrading. Electricity in room tripped a number of times and had to be reset at the circuit board.
Check-in was smooth. However room conditions was poor, pillows and towels were old. Bed had stains. If you like cheap and last minute options, this fits the bill.
The room smells very bad. I even raised my voice to 1 guy who shamelessly smoking in front of the lift.
The towel has some stain and the toilet is dirty.
Place was central to shopping and food places. Rooms were spacious and clean.
However i left my jacket in the room when i checked out but was returning in 5 days. When i checked in again, they said they couldnt find my jacket. The room was checked by housekeeping after i checked out, no one else had access BUT NO JACKET... i find this very dissapointing which made the stay not so happy
Its central to shopping as the hotel is surrounded by shopping centre and easy access to food places. The fittings were a little dated but overall a very pleasant and convenient

The hotel staff at the reception refused to allow 30 minutes check out extension by giving flimsy reason.
