Convent location with spacious rooms including kitchen. Good for large families needing practical living quarters. The cleanliness/age of the bathrooms and furniture though was not very good. Staff were friendly & helpful.

close to Raja Chulan monorail station. Even closer to grocery store, many wonderful restaurants and the Skywalk to KLCC. The pools were the perfect temperature and always clean. Breakfast had a multicultural assortment of perfectly prepared foods. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and spacious. Very comfortable stay. This will be my goto hotel whenever I am in KL! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Hotel situated well for sightseeing, easy walk into centre and twin towers etc. Breakfast was good with enough choice. Room needs some TLC. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again when visiting the area.

Hotel is close by (to my mind, walking distance) to Pavilion Mall, Raja Chulhan LRT and Bukit Bintang Crossing. Room was spacious. Did not use hotel facilities but they looked nice especially, the roof top pool.

Booked the 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and very spacious nonetheless. Master room toilet doesn't have a ventilation and window is locked so it gets warm in the afternoon and stuffy after a bath. We booked this property because there is a washer and dryer in the room, but discovered we have to purchase detergent from reception, while not expensive just leaves us puzzled why it can't be included in the room price. 5 to 10 min walk to Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang shopping street. Multiple restaurants in the streets around the hotel.

It is located in a good location. Hotel is generally good. But there's slight misinformation on breakfast. Paid via the app but hotel mentioned it is not included in the booking, thus have to make another payment for it for my 5D4N stay.

The hotel is located in a good location. Only a few minutes walk to jalon alor. The Condition of the hotel room is pretty wore out. Breakfast is bad. Staffs are friendly. Overall I think this is more like a 3 star hotel at most.

Good location. Room was spacious with good amenities. The property is in good condition but showing signs of wear and tear. Staff in general were courteous and friendly. Special mentions to Daljit from the reception and Emadul, the porter. Both of them had been great in service and attitude.

Didn’t expect the room to be so clean and comfy after reading through some of the reviews left by some of the previous reviewers. I stayed there for 4 days 3 nights and i am totally happy with all the services providing from the moment i stepped into the property. Excellent customer services from the front office to housekeeping! Nothing to complain about and recommended. Furthermore its so near to Pavilion and mini marts Thank you to all the staff from ParkRoyal Serviced Suites.

The appartment was very spacious. Excellent for a family. The location was very convenient and perfect for exploring KL. The service was quick and good. We would definitely return. The area that needs improving is breakfast. The queues and space were poor. Also the staff could not replenish fast enough because of the numbers. So the breakfast let the stay down.
