While booking say included breakfast, check in time only know Rm10 voucher provided. Cleanliness of room need to be improved. All the table and blanket have dust.

Overall is okay but shower is broken and perfume they using is toooo much quite bad to us that having nose problems 😥

Nice hotel in the vicinity. Convenient. Safe with security guard at night. Nice decor at the lobby. Has that Xmas feeling. Good place to chill over a cup of coffee.

Friendly & Polite Hotel Staff, Great location
Staff were friendly n did their best to accommodate to my requests! Hotel located near food stalls and malls! Very convenient and so far quite a safe place too! Cheers!

Breakfast is so so as we are given the same on 2nd day. No mirror for combing and hair drying for ladies, only in toilet. Luckily, there are a few eateries to choose from on both side of the hotel.

Easy place to live with..
Late in checking in one of the 2 rooms I booked as they overbooked their capacity. Should have offered us an available upgraded room instead of letting us wait till 4:30pm to check us in.

It was comfort and leisure. Although the location was in the middle of traffic where by you must reach and go out during non peak hours; the place was convenient for a short trip. You will have place to unwind at the cafe and have time for shopping to the nearest Aeon mall. The room was okay except for the floor carpet. Must use bedroom slippers for me. There was mini fridge and also coffee pot but it was not necessary as they have a small cafe in the lobby that was so relaxing. The breakfast that was provided was okay but I hope they will have 2 choices rather than only one. The parking was also very convenient. It was packed but reliable. You can easily have place to park.

Staff never fail to welcome guests with a warm smile and greetings! Especially the house keeping staff who will greet you GOOD MORNING with a very genuine smile every morning :) Nice and helpful staff :) they resolve any issues within the shortest time possible! Definitely my first choice every time i am going back to Mahkota Cheras. Cheers Orkid Inn Staff :)
